સુરક્ષાની જાણકારી આપતા ઉત્તર પ્રદેશ પોલીસના એડીજી પ્રશાંત કુમારે જણાવ્યું હતું કે અયોધ્યાને એસપીજી અને મેરામિલિટ્રી ફોર્સના હવાલે કરી દેવામાં આવી છે. મંગળવારે રાતથી જ અયોધ્યામાં પ્રવેશ પર પ્રતિબંધ મુકી દેવામાં આવશે અને ચોક્કસ વાહનોને જ પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે.

2006-07માં 18.68 લાખ હેક્ટરમાં વાવેતર થતું હતં તે કુલ વાવેતરમાં 17 ટકા વાવેતર હતું. આ વર્ષોમાં મગફળીનો વિયત વિસ્તાર તો 2 લાખ હેક્ટર માંડ હતો. જે બતાવે છે કે મગફળીને સિંચાઈ આપી શકાય એવો વિસ્તાર તો માત્ર 11 ટકા જ હતો. તેનો એ મતલબ કે મગફળી પકવતાં ખેડૂતો 15 વર્ષ પહેલાં માત્ર ચોમાસાના વરસાદ પર આધારિત હતા. આ વર્ષમાં મગફળીનું કુલ ઉત્પાદન 32.85 લાખ મે.ટન થયું હતું. 100 કિલોનો ભાવ ત્યારે 1550-1625 સુધી રહેતો હતો. મજૂરોને રોજના રૂ.65 સરેરાશ મળતા હતા. મોસમમાં તે વધીને 100 રહેતા હતા.

9-10 વર્ષ પછી 2015માં 12.25 લાખ હેક્ટર થઈ ગયું હતું. હવે ફરી 20.18 લાખ હેક્ટરમાં ચોમાસામાં વાવેતર થઈ ગયું છે. ઉનાળા સાથે ચોમાસુ ગણી લેવામાં આવે ચો 25 લાખ હેક્ટર વાવેતર કુલ થશે. આમ મગફળીના વાવેતર તરફ ખેડૂતો વળી રહ્યાં છે. આ વર્ષે તો ગયા ચોમાસા કરતાં 135 ટકા વાવેતર થયું છે. જે અગાઉના તમામ વર્ષોનો વિક્રમ કદાચ તોડી નાંખશે.

ગયા વર્ષે ભારતમાં 9.18 મીલીયન ટન મગફળી પાકી હતી જેમાં ગુજરાતમાં 4 લાખ મીલીયન હતી. રાજસ્થાનમાં 1.26 અને આંધ્રમાં 1.04 મીલીયન ટન પાકી હતી. કુલ વાવેતર વિસ્તાર દેશનો 5 મીલીયન હેક્ટર હતો. 1444 કિલો એહ હેક્ટરે દેશમાં મગફળીનો ઉતારો આવેલો હતો.

1950માં 4.49 મીલીયન હેક્ટરમાં દેશમાં મગફળી થતી હતી. 1957-58માં 6.42, 1962-63માં 7.28 હેક્ટર, 1988-89માં 8.58 મીલીયન હેક્ટર પછી સતત ઘટાડો થયો આવ્યો છે.

2017-18માં 5 મીલીયન હેક્ટર વિસ્તાર આવીને ઊભો હતો. આ વર્ષે 91.79 લાખ ટન મગફળી અને 20.82 લાખ ટન સિંગતેલ ખેડૂતોએ પેદા કર્યું હતું. ગુજરાતમાં આ વર્ષે એક હેક્ટરે 2400 કિલો મગફળી પેદા કરી બતાવી હતી. તે દેશમાં સૌથી વધું હતી. દુનિયામાં 2.79 કરોડ હેક્ટર વિસ્તારમાં મગફળી ઉગાડાય છે.

પણ હવે ફરી ગુજરાતના ખેડૂતો મગફળી તરફ જઈ ચૂક્યા છે. જો ચીન જેવી ટેકનોલોજી અને આધુનિક સાધનો વાપરેશે તો ચીન સામે મગફળીનું યુદ્ધ જીતી શકાશે. ગુજરાતના ખેડૂતો લદાખ ચીન સરહદ પરના યુદ્ધની જેમ મગફળીને પણ એક યુદ્ધ તરીકે સ્વિકારશે તો ચીનને હંફાવી દેશે.

It may be mentioned here that 41 pilgrimages have been included in the entire country by the Central Government.

Now the trust and devotees of the temple are also happy to see the Ambaji temple being included in the announcement to cover five new shrines under the scheme. Due to this plan local tourism will develop. Besides, there will be ample employment opportunities. 

Local culture and heritage will also be encouraged. It may be mentioned here that Ambaji Temple has recently got ISO 9001 certificate for the best pilgrim facility.
